Please note that the item will be rolled up during shipping. Re-adjust the rope once you receive it and even out all the strings. Please use a narrow toothed comb to comb all the fringes or tassels if they are curled up. Macrame and hand woven wall hangings are handmade so some degree of imperfection is to be expected.
