Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:

All our items are made in Australia and very limited editions.

Just Macrame accepts NO returns and exchanges but please contact us if there's any problems.

Please note that Macrame will be well packed during shipping. Re-adjust the rope once you receive it and even out all the strings. Please use a narrow toothed comb to comb all the fringes or tassels if they are curled up. Macrame and hand woven wall hangings are handmade so some degree of imperfection is to be expected. The colours in the photos may appear slight difference from the actual colours due to lighting during photo shootings or the monitor's display.

Ready made items will be dispatched within 1 business day (Australia) or 5-7 business days (Overseas). Your item will be processed through Australia Parcel Post (Australia Post) or a Courier Service and you will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. If you require a signature please let us know.

Within Australia: 3-7 days. Overseas: 8-30 days. 

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak, deliveries may be delayed.

If you are local on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia, pick-ups can be arranged by an appointment.

If you are international buyers and your country is not listed, please contact Just Macrame to get a postage quote.

Made to order: Original pieces were sold, you are ordering a remake, having same designs/patterns (shown on products' photos), these items will be made on a new unique piece of dowel, stick or driftwood.  The time Just Macrame prepares an order for dispatch varies. Please view individual items for details. As they are handmade, some slight variation on the original pieces may occur.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Just Macrame is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Care instructions: Macrame and hand woven wall hangings are handcrafted for decorative purposes only. Do not wash! If you hang macrame pieces outdoors, ensure to protect them from the sun and water exposure. Keep away from an open flame.

To maintain the stiffness of feather or leaf wall hangings, use hairspray to stiffen if needed.

Cleaning your macrame: Spot clean with white damp cloth using mild detergent. Always use cold water only. Avoid using any detergents with bleach. Hang in a well ventilated area to dry.
